Dianna Moroney authorizes each paid User to view and download one copy of the Materials, excluding videos. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
The Nourish Your Nervous System online course is delivered via the website platform thinkific.com. All included content is available from the website to access once the course is purchased. The course is self-paced, meaning that you work through each of the six modules in your own time. The modules are laid out in order for you to follow along with. All audio and PDF files are available for you to download, videos remain on the website. Once you purchase the Nourish Your Nervous System online course, you will have access for a minimum of 12 months from date of purchase. Audio and PDF materials can be downloaded for permanent personal use, however after 12 months from date of purchase there are no guarantees that the course will still be available on the thinkific.com platform.
2. Geographic location
If you, as a User, purchase Materials from this Site or from Dianna Moroney while in Canada or United States of America, you may not use or access the materials while in Canada or in the United States of America.
3. User Warranty
As a User you warrant that use of courses, information, products and programs offered by Dianna Moroney and the use of this Site, www.diannamoroney.com, course platforms and Materials are solely for the purpose of personal use only.
4. Trademark and Copyright
The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
